Really good location near Termini station, rooftop terrace, comprehensive breakfast, but some dated rooms.

great location but room comfort needs improvement
The staff was attentive to my needs! The proximity to the train station made it easy to explore. The walkable areas nearby offered plenty of dining options.
The mattresses in my room were not the most comfortable.

i did not want to leave, so totally recommend this hotel. the weather was fine, had really really nice stay for a short visit. the breakfast was average continental with a view of the buildings and sweet cakes, as example, perfect to start my day.

Public parking and average continental and large breakfast with sweet cakes and a view of the buildings, as for instance. A small nice balcony and a safe in the room, good and fantastic location.

Old furnishings throughout the hotel gave a worn-out vibe, with particular note to threadbare towels that barely absorbed water. The shower area felt cramped, and the water pressure left much to be desired. Noise from adjacent rooms was palpable, and at times, it seemed like conversations were happening right next door, which didn't exactly promote relaxation. Some minor maintenance issues persisted, like a shower that didn't drain properly and an insecure safe not bolted down, raising safety concerns. Breakfast was underwhelming, with stale options and a hurried atmosphere-not ideal for starting the day right.

I've had a perfect 10/10 stay for a short visit. Clean, good all round hotel, I liked a nice size rooms and extremely helpful staff. The location of this property was comfortable. I visited Amodei - Banco & Bottega next door to the venue for a few drinks. The roof top bar was spacious and the drinks were hot.
Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

My kids wished there were more options for children's meals at breakfast.

The hotel is close to the train station and restaurants, easy to find, clean and comfortable.
The single bed (in adjoining room) was more like a hammock because of so many missing supports to the springs. Also, when we had a late-night emergency need to use the telephone, it was almost impossible to get an outside line, even with help from the front desk.

Awesome place with really good wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and comfortable air conditioning. During my first stay, staff helped me print tickets. I'll definitely return for my business trip!

We especially enjoyed the breakfast on the roof top terrace every morning. We also liked the convenience of being located 2 blocks from the main train station in the city. It was just perfect!
I didn't like that there was no AC. It was still winter season so we had to sleep with the windows open at night.

Room was nice and good breakfast for the price in Rome.
Furnishings were a little ragged around edges.

the shower had low water pressure. but the location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and Termini station. staff were really accommodating when I requested a room change, and the rooftop terrace offered a pleasant breakfast experience.

Location
The room is very small for a 4 stars hotel! Moreover, breakfast's quality and variety is bad! Finally, reception staff are not friendly at all!
